100cici Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "100cici", "We", "Us", "Our" refers to the operator of the 100cici platform at 100cici.org.
• "Platform" means the 100cici website, mobile application, and any associated services accessible under the 100cici.org domain.
• "Member", "You", "Your" refers to any individual who has registered for an account on the 100cici platform.
• "Account" means the personal account opened by a Member to access 100cici services.
• "Wallet" refers to the MYR-denominated balance held within a Member's 100cici account.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed by a Member on a sportsbook market, casino game, or slot title through the 100cici platform.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free spins, cashback, or other non-cash benefit offered to Members by 100cici.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification processes required under applicable compliance obligations.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 100cici platform — including browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the 100cici Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 100cici platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Eligibility

To register for and use a 100cici account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).

• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of 100cici or any affiliated entity.

100cici reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, or residency at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

4. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the 100cici platform. The existence of multiple accounts held by or on behalf of the same individual — whether directly or indirectly through separate devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances.

When registering an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, Malaysian mobile number, and date of birth.
• Maintain and update your account information so that it remains accurate and current at all times.
• Keep your 100cici login credentials strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify 100cici immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account.

100cici is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above obligations. You accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account credentials.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

All 100cici accounts operate exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported deposit methods include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and USDT TRC20. Minimum deposit amounts and processing timelines vary by payment method and are published on the deposit page within your account.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• A completed KYC verification is required before 100cici will process any withdrawal request. You must submit a valid Malaysian IC (both sides) or passport.
• Withdrawals must be directed to an account registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• 100cici reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals where enhanced due diligence is required.
• Any deposit made via a specific payment method may be required to be withdrawn via the same method, at 100cici's discretion.
• Funds that have not been wagered at least once are subject to a processing fee on withdrawal at 100cici's discretion.

100cici does not charge deposit fees. Withdrawal fees, where applicable, will be disclosed prior to confirmation of the withdrawal request.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the 100cici platform are subject to specific wagering requirements, minimum odds, time limits, and game eligibility restrictions. These individual promotion terms are published alongside each offer and form part of these Terms by reference.

The following general bonus conditions apply to all 100cici promotions:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per person, household address, IP address, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before any resulting winnings may be withdrawn.
• 100cici reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, cancel any bonus, and/or void any winnings derived from a bonus if it has reasonable grounds to believe the promotion has been abused, exploited, or claimed in bad faith.
• Matched or arbitrage betting using 100cici bonuses is strictly prohibited and will result in cancellation of the bonus and, where applicable, associated winnings.

7. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 100cici sportsbook and casino platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to that market, game, or event. These rules are accessible within the relevant product section of the platform.

General betting conditions include:

• A bet is binding and final once confirmed by the 100cici system. Bets cannot be altered, amended, or cancelled by the Member after placement.
• 100cici reserves the right to void any bet placed at erroneous or palpably incorrect odds, whether caused by human error, system fault, or data feed failure.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended or removed without notice if 100cici determines that the integrity of the market has been compromised.
• The settlement of bets is determined by official result sources. In the event of a dispute, 100cici's settlement decision is final.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market, event, and account, and are published within the relevant product section. 100cici reserves the right to limit individual account wagering at its discretion.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Members must not engage in any of the following activities on the 100cici platform:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scrapers, or any mechanical or electronic means to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or malfunctions in any game or system for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players in any casino game, including live dealer tables.
• Using the platform in connection with money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or KYC.
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing a deposit that has been legitimately wagered on the platform.
• Registering an account on behalf of or for the benefit of any third party.

Detection of any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of wallet balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 100cici platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and data — is the property of 100cici or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any 100cici content without prior written consent from 100cici.

10. Privacy

100cici collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is published at 100cici.org/privacy-policy and incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 100cici and its officers, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

100cici does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the platform entirely at your own risk.

12. Termination and Suspension

100cici reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Member has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Member has provided false or misleading information;
• The Member's account activity is suspected to be connected with fraud, money laundering, or criminal conduct;
• The Member's account represents a risk to the integrity of the 100cici platform.

On termination for cause, 100cici may withhold all or part of the account balance pending investigation. On voluntary account closure by the Member, any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal after satisfactory KYC verification, subject to these Terms.

13. Responsible Gaming

100cici is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Every registered Member has access to the following responsible gaming tools directly from their account settings:

• Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits;
• Session time reminders and reality check notifications;
• Loss limits and wagering limits;
• Self-exclusion (temporary or permanent).

14. Amendments to These Terms

100cici reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Members via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or through a prominent notice on the platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the 100cici platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under 100cici's international gaming authority licensing jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the 100cici platform, the parties shall first seek to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable licensing authority's dispute resolution procedures.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent 100cici from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or enforce its rights against prohibited conduct.
